Hedge Fund Capital Introduction Specialist (Remote, Standard Commission-Only)

We are a selective, quant-driven global hedge fund with a near-zero correlation volatility strategy and a highly curated investor base. We are expanding our capital access footprint and seeking experienced hedge fund marketers or placement-agent professionals who can connect us with sophisticated qualified allocators through their existing networks, in pre approved locations.
This is a commission-only position designed for individuals who already understand the economics of capital introduction in the hedge fund world and are comfortable operating independently, remotely, and at a high level.

- designed for family offices, UHNW investors, institutions and sophisticated allocators.
We are not mass-market. We are not seeking retail flow.
We are expanding investor relationships selectively and only through high-quality introductions.
About the Role
Your mandate is simple and high-leverage:
- Identify qualified, accredited, or sophisticated investors
- Build rapport and establish fit
- Schedule meetings between allocators and our senior management
- Earn commissions on qualified introductions that complete a meeting
You do not discuss product fund details, investment recommendations or sell anything.
You are not “selling a product.” You are providing relationship architecture.
This structure is standard in hedge fund capital raising and mirrors senior placement-agent models.
Responsibilities
- Source UHNW investors, family offices, small institutions, and private banks across your approved region as per our compliance department approval
- Use your network to identify allocators with real interest in non-correlated quant strategies
- Conduct initial outreach (email/phone/LinkedIn)
- Pre-qualify investor interest and profile
- Coordinate first meetings with senior fund leadership
- Maintain brief CRM-style notes on intros and progress
- Follow confidentiality and communication boundaries precisely
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for professionals who already know what capital introduction requires:
- Experience with hedge funds, wealth managers, cap-intro desks, placement agents, or family offices
- Strong understanding of allocator types, investor psychology, and capital flows
- Professional, discreet communication style
- Ability to work autonomously and produce results without supervision
- Existing network or the ability to build one quickly
- Comfort with commission-only compensation (industry standard at early growth stage)
This role is not suitable for beginners, retail salespeople, or anyone looking for a base salary.

Important Notes
- This is 100% commission-only
- You will not present or discuss investment products
- You will only manage the introduction and qualification stage
- You must adhere to strict confidentiality, compliance and communication guidelines
- You will work with our compliance department to stay fully compliant
- We can only accept investors from designated countries where hedge fund investments are a norm, permitted and understood by accredited/qualified investors. No general solicitation.

We are selective. We do not accept all investors. Your intros must be:
- accredited / sophisticated
- legitimate capital prospects
- appropriate for non-correlated hedge fund strategies
- long term capital approved by our compliance
