Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center role for a Client Relations Officer at Zad in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Details:
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotating shifts
- Language: A local accent is required for effective communication with clients
