✨ What You’ll Do

As an AV Specialist at IRIS, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering smooth, high-impact live events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment (LED screens, cameras, switchers, audio interfaces, converters, etc.)
• Managing basic technical checks before and during events
• Operating tools such as vMix, OBS, Blackmagic ATEM, and similar systems (training provided when needed)
• Assisting with equipment prep, packing, inventory, maintenance, and cable management
• Ensuring all AV elements meet IRIS standards for quality and reliability
