Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Administrator located in Cairo. The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and monitoring network systems to ensure smooth and secure operations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting network issues, implementing network security measures, maintaining system performance, and providing technical support. The role involves collaborating with other IT professionals and stakeholders to optimize the network's capabilities and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Network Administration and experience in managing network infrastructures efficiently
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Knowledge of System Administration practices for maintaining and optimizing IT systems
• Expertise in Network Security to safeguard systems against vulnerabilities and threats
• Experience in providing Technical Support to users and maintaining high levels of service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are highly desirable
