• 
  Role Overview:
  We are seeking a skilled and proactive Export Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate international shipments, ensure documentation compliance, and maintain strong communication with shipping partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all export operations and documentation (LCs, B/Ls, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with logistics, shipping lines, customs brokers, and truckers
• Maintain relationships with shipping partners and agents
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export regulations
• Prepare weekly and monthly export reports for management

 

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in export operations, international sales, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.
• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC procedures, customs docs, and international shipping documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and export management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to stay updated on changes in international trade laws and practices.
