Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day claims with corporate and Individual clients
- Responsible for client retention and policy renewals
- Responsive to client inquiries, service concerns and any requests
- Deal directly with Insurance companies regarding the service
- Handle and follow-up on collections and payment matters from the client side and insurance company.
- Might be asked to visit client premises or perform meetings based on need basis
- Issue motor policies and other non-life policies through Insurance companies
- Report directly to the General Insurance Unit Head
Requirements:
- Bachelor Holder of any related field (Non-medical)
- 1- 2 years Experience as an account manager B2B in any field
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent Microsoft Excel
- Presentable and Organized
- Client Oriented
- Preferably with a Car
