Requirements

* 9+ years of proven experience in creative leadership roles

* Strong background in brand strategy, visual identity, and campaign development

* Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams (design, content, video)

* Experience managing creative concepts from idea to execution

* Deep understanding of digital, social, and campaign-driven content

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative excellence

Key Responsibilities

* Define and maintain the overall creative direction of the brand

* Lead creative strategy across campaigns, digital platforms, and content

* Review, guide, and approve creative outputs to ensure brand consistency

* Collaborate closely with marketing, media buying, and leadership teams

* Ensure creative concepts align with business objectives
