• Responsible for the moral of all guards.
• Responsible for implements of Securitas security measurements.
• Prepares all reports needed about his team’s performance.
• Solving any conflicts within his team at the site.
• Protecting the customer properties according to the customer’s rules and regulations.
• Controls the attendance sheets of all security team.
• Training the guards at the site when necessary.
• Being all the time at the site to give supervision.
• Direct and control his team to improve their performance.
• Working as a link between operation manager and customer.
• Prepares the site plan (Shift, Duties).
• Carry out the operation instructions.
• Ensure that all the security team at the site is controlled, tidy, alert and willing to do their duties.

Job Requirements

• Ex- police or Military back ground is a MUST
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Leadership Skills
• Excellent in English
