- Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control, project controls, or construction projects.
- Previous experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and cost reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP system (mandatory).
- Good understanding of project budgets, actual vs. planned costs, and variance analysis.
- Ability to code and process withdrawal requests and invoices accurately (CSI & EXP codes).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Ability to prepare charts, diagrams, graphs, and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical & Reporting Skills
- Strong analytical skills to review and evaluate budget performance.
- Ability to generate monthly cost control reports with clear insights.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
