Job Description
- Design, install, and commission light current and low current systems such as fire alarm, CCTV, access control, public address, and data networks.
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for project implementation and handover.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine system requirements and optimal installation strategies.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.
- Ensure all installations adhere to safety regulations, industry codes, and company quality standards.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in light current or low current systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling.
- Experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of light current systems.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel to project locations as required.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for system design and documentation.
