Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Client Relations Specialist. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and superior customer support. The role includes addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high-quality client experience.
