Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tire Sales Manager with a strong background in selling semi-steel products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing or working with retail tire stores and will be responsible for expanding our presence in this sector, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell semi-steel tire products, focusing on retail store channels.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector, expanding our client base and opening new accounts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, owners, and other stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.

- Provide detailed product knowledge to customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and that promotional efforts are aligned with sales objectives.

- Achieve sales targets and regularly report on performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in tire sales, with a focus on semi-steel products.

- Strong experience in retail store management or sales within the tire industry.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.

- Knowledge of the tire industry and market trends is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
