Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily sales operations.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure store standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and follow up on performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification is required.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Retail Supervisor.
• Previous experience in home appliances or household products is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
