Role Summary

Veipex is seeking a versatile and proactive Unified VoIP & Contact Center Systems Engineer to lead deployment, integration, and support for our flagship solutions: 3CX, Snom, and Call Center Studio, avay or Cisco. This hybrid role blends systems engineering, API integration, and partner enablement—ideal for a technically strong candidate who thrives in dynamic environments and values precision, ownership, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain 3CX systems (cloud and on-premise)
• Provision and troubleshoot VOIP IP phones and firmware
• Configure Call Center System environments, IVR flows, and agent routing
• Integrate CCS with CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems via REST APIs
• Manage SIP trunk setups, firewall/NAT configurations, and QoS tuning
• Support onboarding, training, and remote diagnostics for partners and clients
• Collaborate with sales team during demos and presales engagements
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to vendors
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and onboarding guides

Qualifications

• 3CX Advanced Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with cloud contact center platforms (CCS, Genesys, Five9, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols
• API integration skills (JSON, REST, Postman); basic scripting (JavaScript, Python)
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Salesforce, NEXT ERP)
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, networking, and VPNs
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
