This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Specialist, based in Cairo. The Residential Specialist will assist clients in finding their ideal residential properties by understanding their needs, presenting tailored property options, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The role involves conducting property viewings, building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals.
- Familiarity with the Residential Real Estate market and trends
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure a positive client experience
- Sales experience or aptitude with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a proactive and approachable attitude
- Willingness to work on-site in Cairo and adapt to a team-oriented culture
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
