Baladna Food Industries is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Planner to join our dedicated team in Cairo, Egypt!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international shipments via air, sea, courier, and multimodal transport.
• Prepare and send pre-alerts to stakeholders and service providers.
• Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance with Qatar regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers, clearing agents, and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Manage SAP updates (ASN & TU) and maintain logistics records.
• Support local clearance processes, including duty exemptions and ministry approvals.
• Monitor timelines for shipments under letters of credit and follow up with suppliers and treasury.
• Provide general support to the logistics team and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management (Gulf experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and logistics documentation.
• Excellent English communication and coordination skills across remote and Qatar-based teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
