We’re looking for a Business Development Director / Account Director Business Growth to drive new business growth, build senior client relationships, and convert high-value opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Lead new business development across luxury and government sectors
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers
• Own pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Work closely with creative and production teams to win and grow accounts

What you bring

• 8–10 years of business development experience in creative, digital, or production agencies
• Strong track record closing high-value deals
• Deep understanding of luxury and premium client environments
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded international or western-education university (preferred)
