We’re Hiring: Contact Center Supervisor | Assiut (On-site)

We are looking for a Contact Center Supervisor in Assiut with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in online contact center operations.

Job Description:

  • Supervise and support a team of contact center agents
  • Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and service levels
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with management to achieve operational targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Contact Center (Online account)
  • Relevant supervisory experience is a must
  • English level B2
  • Strong communication and people management skills

Location: Assiut

Work Mode: On-site
