We are looking for a Contact Center Supervisor in Assiut with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in online contact center operations.
Job Description:
- Supervise and support a team of contact center agents
- Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and service levels
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with management to achieve operational targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Contact Center (Online account)
- Relevant supervisory experience is a must
- English level B2
- Strong communication and people management skills
