In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residential development projects comply with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of governance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance frameworks for residential development projects
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies, managing compliance assessments and audits
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring that governance practices are integrated into all phases of residential development
• Facilitate regular governance meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to review and address governance-related matters
• Prepare and present reports on governance issues and compliance performance to senior management and the board
• Identify and mitigate governance risks associated with residential projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues
