Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and analyze projects costs daily to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Prepare monthly cost control reports, variance analysis, and present findings to management.
• Track and control purchasing, subcontractor expenses, and inventory costs.
• Review supplier and subcontractor invoices for accuracy against contracts and approved pricing.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure effective cost management.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing related to project costs.
• Identify, recommend, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality or schedule.
• Support contract administration by monitoring variations, claims, and payments.
• Maintain accurate cost records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Provide financial insights to help project teams make informed decisions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineer with 10-15 years of experience (minimum 5 years in cost control).
• PMP Certified is Recommended.
• Golf Experience is Recommended.
