We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator & Pricing Executive with hands-on experience in freight operations, shipment coordination, and rate management. The role supports sales and operations by handling end-to-end shipment coordination, carrier pricing, and customer quotations.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments

Handle booking with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters

Prepare and verify shipping documents:

BL / AWB

Commercial invoices

Packing lists

Delivery orders

Coordinate with:

Customs brokers

Warehouses

Transport providers

Track shipments and update clients on status

Resolve shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies

Ensure compliance with UAE customs and trade regulations

Pricing & Costing

Prepare freight quotations for customers

Request and negotiate rates with:

Shipping lines

Airlines

Transporters

Overseas agents

Maintain and update rate sheets

Support sales team with competitive pricing

Analyze costs and margins

Ensure accuracy of billing and job costing

Candidate Requirements

3–5 years experience in:

Freight forwarding

Logistics coordination

Pricing / rate management

Good knowledge of:

Air, Sea & Land freight operations

Incoterms

UAE customs procedures

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple shipments

Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in UAE logistics market

Knowledge of Free Zone & Mainland operations

Familiarity with freight so

ftware / ERP / CRM systems

Ability to work under pressure
