Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Team Leader at our call center located in 10th of Ramadan. The Team Leader will manage and guide a team of call center agents, monitor individual and team performance, and ensure the achievement of customer service targets. Daily tasks include overseeing customer interactions, conducting performance evaluations, facilitating training sessions, and resolving escalated customer concerns. The role also involves analyzing team metrics and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and satisfaction.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a call center is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred
