Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing a structured change management process for the core banking system.
• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of system integrations.
• Support API management, middleware configuration, and cloud-based integrations.
• Work with IT teams to ensure seamless communication between applications and databases.
• Implement RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and cloud integrations.
• Maintain integration workflows, data mappings, and message routing.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related technical issues.
• Work with developers, business users, and vendors to resolve application connectivity problems.
• Maintain error logs, system documentation, and incident reports.
• Ensure all integrations comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
• Support IT security teams in conducting risk assessments and securing API endpoints.
• Assist in data encryption, authentication, and monitoring API access.
• Work with internal business units and IT teams to ensure integration aligns with operational needs.
• Assist in gathering business requirements for new system integrations.

• Support the monitoring of integration performance and error handling.
