Position: Franchised Sales Manager


Role Purpose:

Lead franchise expansion by identifying, negotiating, and closing franchise opportunities, while representing Edar Group across different international markets as required by business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and secure franchise opportunities across regional and international markets
  • Travel frequently to target countries based on active business requirements
  • Lead in-market negotiations and close franchise agreements
  • Build and manage strong relationships with franchise partners
  • Conduct market assessments to support expansion decisions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful franchise onboarding


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchising
  • Proven ability to close high-value and cross-border deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • High flexibility and readiness for frequent international travel
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and cultures
