DescriptionThe Business Development Intern is an entry-level role for high-potential individuals who are eager to learn fast, work hard, and build a foundation in B2B sales. This is a hands-on internship with exposure to real sales activity, not a passive learning experience.This internship is designed to convert into a full-time role based on performance. We are only looking for candidates who are available to join full-time immediately after the internship ends. Fresh graduates and final-semester students who will not be returning to school are strongly preferred. RequirementsDeals closed during the internship.Quality and volume of outreach activity.Speed of learning and ability to absorb feedback.Reliability and follow-through on assigned tasks. Roles And ResponsibilitiesSupport lead research and prospecting efforts.Assist with cold outreach via calls, emails, and messages.Shadow senior team members on discovery calls, client meetings, and deal negotiations.Help maintain CRM data and pipeline accuracy.Provide general administrative support to the BD team.Take on additional tasks as assigned and show initiative.
