💼 Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver effective, engaging online ESL lessons aligned with the curriculum.

Assess student performance, track academic progress, and provide timely feedback.

Maintain a well-managed, positive, and interactive virtual classroom environment.

Support student retention by fostering motivation, wellbeing, and a strong learning experience.

Implement curriculum standards while adapting teaching methods to meet student needs.

Communicate regularly with students, parents, and academic teams to address progress and concerns.

Ensure consistent instructional quality and adherence to teaching KPIs.

🌟 Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field.

ESL teaching certification (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, DELTA).

Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language.

Excellent communication skills and strong command of the English language.

Ability to design engaging, student centered online lessons.

Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and e-learning platforms and experience in online teaching
