Where no two days are the same.Your RoleWe are seeking an IBS Regional Implementation Manager to lead and oversee indoor mobile coverage deployment activities across the assigned region. This role requires strong expertise in IBS/DAS systems, including site surveys, coverage analysis, indoor design validation, equipment installation, vendor management, and regional‑level coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with indoor active and passive components, and familiarity with Huawei and Nokia indoor solutions is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end‑to‑end indoor mobile coverage solution deployment (IBS/DAS) across the regionConduct and validate site surveys, RF coverage evaluations, and related technical assessmentsReview and support indoor designs based on coverage analysis and project requirementsOversee installation of active and passive indoor equipment, ensuring adherence to standardsSupervise daily field activities and ensure timely completion of site‑level milestonesLead regional deployment planning, including timelines, resource coordination, and site readinessConduct periodic meetings with stakeholders, providing progress updates and status reportingEnsure vendors comply with quality, safety, and client requirementsYour ProfileBased in, KSA in region to be confirmed, with full flexibility to travel to sites across the region.
