Role Description

As a Student Recruitment Advisor for Study Abroad (Sales & Counseling), you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the process of studying abroad. Key tasks include conducting student consultations, advising on study options, processing applications, and providing support to ensure a seamless journey to enrollment. You will foster relationships with students and their families while collaborating with educational institution partners. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding processes
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with students and partners
• Experience in Employer Branding and promoting educational opportunities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their goals
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; experience in international education or student recruitment is a plus
