Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SharePoint Support Specialist to support, maintain, and improve our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, manage permissions and content, and work closely with IT and business teams to ensure SharePoint is used effectively across the organization.

Job Requirements
Provide first- and second-level support for SharePoint On-Premises (MUST) and online (plus)
Troubleshoot user issues related to access, permissions, workflows, document libraries, and site functionality
Create, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and pages
Manage user permissions, security groups, and governance policies
Assist users with document management, versioning, and collaboration tools
Support SharePoint integrations with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Document processes, solutions, and user guides
Provide basic training and guidance to end users
Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams as needed
