Job Description:

Daikin Egypt is seeking a Social Insurance Delegator to join our team in District 5. The role will be responsible for handling all social insurance-related procedures, governmental documentation, and coordinating the collection team, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee social insurance registration, updates, and cancellations

• Prepare and submit required documents to social insurance offices

• Follow up on insurance forms, stamps, and official approvals

• Maintain accurate employee social insurance records and files

• Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams regarding employee data

• Supervise and follow up with the collection team to ensure timely and accurate collection of required documents and payments

• Organize daily tasks and schedules for the collection team

• Ensure compliance with local labor and social insurance regulations

• Represent the company at governmental authorities when needed


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field)

• 0–1 year of experience in social insurance, collections, or governmental relations (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Good knowledge of Egyptian social insurance procedures is a plus

• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage field tasks
