We’re building a new Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) startup in Saudi Arabia — lean, governance-led, and execution-focused.

We’re looking for a Business Development Director who wants more than a job — someone who wants to build, not just manage.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Own the commercial growth of the company from day one

• Build and convert a real FM pipeline (Hard / Soft / IFM)

• Lead RFPs, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract awards

• Open doors, build relationships, and win the first reference contracts

• Work closely with operations to ensure sellable = deliverable

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in FM business development (Saudi market experience is key)

• Proven track record of winning FM contracts

• Strong understanding of IFM models, SLAs, KPIs, and pricing

• Existing network with asset owners, developers, operators, or FM buyers

• Startup mindset: hands-on, fast, commercial, and accountable
