Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our high-end smash burger concept. As we aim to be the Authority in the market with a slim, high-quality menu, your mission is to bridge the gap between culinary excellence and operational efficiency. You will oversee the entire workflow—from supply chain management and kitchen efficiency to guest experience and financial performance.
Your goal is to ensure that "The Perfect Smash" is delivered consistently, every time, while optimizing our internal processes for growth.

Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior operational role within the F&B industry (Operations Manager or Multi-unit Manager experience is a plus).
- Systems Thinker: Proven track record of implementing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that improve speed and quality.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L, Food Cost analysis (COGS), and labor cost optimization.
- Supply Chain Management: Experience in sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing vendor relationships to ensure zero-compromise on quality.
- Quality Control: An uncompromising eye for detail regarding food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Leadership: Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain top-tier talent who align with a "quality-first" culture.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data from POS and delivery platforms to drive sales and operational improvements.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
