Tchaikovsky School of Performing Arts is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our growing team.

This role is all about ownership, follow-through, and student experience. You’ll work closely with instructors, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student schedules and class coordination
• Follow up with parents and instructors
• Ensure students attend sessions on time
• Track student progress and operational issues
• Support day-to-day operational execution

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Organized and reliable
• Previous operations / admin experience is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and take ownership
