• Develop, implement, and regularly update governance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Prepare periodic reports for senior management with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure the company’s full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CGA or CGEIT are preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in governance, compliance, or internal auditing.
