Job Description
- Design, develop, and optimize HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for HVAC installations and retrofits.
- Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and system selection to maximize efficiency and sustainability.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Perform site inspections and assessments to evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC equipment, controls, and distribution systems.
- Ensure all project documentation, reports, and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HVAC engineering.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3-5 Yrs Experience in same field.
• Exposure to HVAC systems or engineering specifically Conventional DX (VRF Extra).
• Understanding basic technical drawings, specifications and equipment data of HVAC systems.
Technical & Product:
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and how they fit into building.
• Ability to design drawings, equipment specs, perform take-offs or assist in estimation.
• Understanding of the sales process: preparing proposals, quotations, working with engineering teams.
• Awareness of market trends, energy efficiency considerations.
Sales Skills:
• Identifying new customers, projects, opportunities.
• Relationship‐building: working with existing clients, contractors, consultants.
Soft Skills:
• Good communication (verbal & written) and presentation ability to easily interact with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Self‐motivation, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work cross‐functionally: with engineering, operations, installation teams.
• Tracking leads, following up, maintaining pipeline, meeting targets.
