About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer (Growth & Conversion) who creates visuals, videos, and landing pages that convert.

This is a performance-focused creative role (not product design). You’ll design, test, and iterate on ad creative and landing pages, working closely with growth and marketing to improve what converts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-performing ad creative (visuals + short-form video) for paid social
• Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages
• Write and test short-form ad copy (headlines, hooks, CTAs)
• Creating consistent content for social media

What Success Looks Like

• Landing pages that convert better over time
• Ad creatives that beat performance benchmarks

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 3 - 5+ years in marketing or growth design
• Strong portfolio with social media graphics, ads, landing pages, and short-form video
• Performance-minded, curious about what converts
• Able to move fast and iterate using feedback and data

Skills & Tools

Required:

• Figma (web & layout design)
• Canva (graphics)
• Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion-focused design

Bonus if you have:

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS or tech startups
• Video editing experience (i.e. using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with performance marketing (A/B testing, CTR, CVR)
• Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce or similar)
• Motion graphics experience

Working Hours: 9AM to 6 PM EST

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Education: Degree or equivalent practical experience

Level: Intermediate (3 to 5+ years experience)
