๐ง CM TL (Customer Support / Customer Care Team Lead / Supervisor)
๐น What Youโll Do:
- ๐ฅ Lead and coach a team of advisors to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
- ๐ Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support skill development and continuous improvement.
- ๐ Oversee the implementation of SOPs and ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
- ๐ Analyze student progress and teaching quality data to identify trends, address issues, and optimize learning outcomes.
- ๐ ๏ธ Handle escalated cases and guide the team in delivering effective solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- ๐ค Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Academic, Sales, etc.) to support business goals and student success.
- ๐ Prepare performance reports and recommend service enhancements based on data and frontline insights.
๐น Requirements:
- ๐ Bachelorโs degree or above.
- ๐ Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or education-related roles, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.
- ๐ Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- โค๏ธ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for education and team development.

- Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)
๐ Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM โ 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15 min break)
- Saturday: 12:00 PM โ 4:00 PM
- Friday: Day off
