๐ŸŽง CM TL (Customer Support / Customer Care Team Lead / Supervisor)


๐Ÿ”น What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Lead and coach a team of advisors to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support skill development and continuous improvement.
  • ๐Ÿ“‹ Oversee the implementation of SOPs and ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Analyze student progress and teaching quality data to identify trends, address issues, and optimize learning outcomes.
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Handle escalated cases and guide the team in delivering effective solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • ๐Ÿค Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Academic, Sales, etc.) to support business goals and student success.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Prepare performance reports and recommend service enhancements based on data and frontline insights.



๐Ÿ”น Requirements:

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s degree or above.
  • ๐Ÿ† Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or education-related roles, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • ๐ŸŒ Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • โค๏ธ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for education and team development.

  • Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)

๐Ÿ•’ Schedule:

  • Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15 min break)
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM โ€“ 4:00 PM
  • Friday: Day off
