The ideal candidate is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital footprint to drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation. This role involves the strategic planning of digital campaigns across various platforms to support the sales of residential, commercial, and administrative projects, ensuring a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and a cohesive online brand identity.

 

Responsibilities


Media Planning & Allocation


Develop data-backed media plans that distribute the marketing budget effectively across social, search, and programmatic channels to ensure maximum reach within the target demographic.

Auction Management & Bidding: Execute and manage real-time bidding strategies; continuously monitor and adjust manual and automated bids to maintain a competitive position in the real estate market.

Vendor & Publisher Relations: Negotiate and manage direct media buys with niche real estate portals, news outlets, and digital publishers to secure premium ad placements and "Deal of the Week" features.

Audience Segmentation: Build and refine complex audience segments, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels based on CRM data and website visitor behavior.



Digital Strategy & Campaign Management


Design and execute comprehensive 360-degree digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s project launch cycles.

Manage and optimize large-scale performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) specifically tailored for real estate lead generation.

Monitor daily budget allocation and performance metrics to ensure KPIs—such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Lead Quality—are met.



Content & Asset Oversight


Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad copies, landing pages, and visual assets (renders, walkthroughs, and testimonials).

Oversee the corporate website and project-specific microsites, ensuring SEO best practices and optimal user experience (UX).

Maintain the digital editorial calendar for all social media platforms.



Data Analysis & Reporting


Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on digital performance, offering actionable insights for strategy pivot points.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates.



Market Intelligence


Monitor competitors’ digital activities, pricing strategies, and digital ad placements within the real estate sector.

Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and platform algorithm updates.



Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years specifically within the Real Estate industry.

Proven certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or advanced Digital Marketing analytics are highly regarded.

Performance Marketing: Mastery of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

SEO/SEM: Solid understanding of search engine optimization and paid search strategies.

AI Integration: Preferable proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation, automate reporting, and improve campaign efficiency.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" of a project’s lifecycle and how digital touchpoints influence a buyer’s decision.

Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to problem-solving and budget management.

Self-Management: As a senior individual contributor, the employee must demonstrate high levels of autonomy, taking full ownership of projects without the need for constant supervision.

Adaptability: Ability to handle the fast-paced nature of real estate launches and market shifts.
