Job Summary

Responsible for leading and managing all operational activities across real estate projects to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, optimal asset performance, effective cost control, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee daily operations for real estate projects including Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-use developments.

•Supervise Property Management and Facility Management activities to ensure smooth operations.

•Oversee and manage third-party service providers and vendors (Security, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.).

•Ensure seamless project operations during handover and post-handover phases.

•Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

•Prepare and manage operational budgets while optimizing costs and resources.

•Monitor, analyze, and report on operational KPIs and service performance metrics.

•Handle and resolve escalated issues from tenants, owners, and clients.

•Coordinate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment.

•Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.

•Prepare and present periodic operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

•Strong experience in real estate operations, property management, or facility management.

•Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and complex multi-site operations.

•Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and operational workflows.
