Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Courses Coordinator based in Tanta, Egypt.
The Online Courses Coordinator will be responsible for managing and following up on online English courses. The role includes communicating with students, handling inquiries and complaints, following up on students’ progress and attendance, coordinating with teachers regarding schedules and classes, collecting payments, updating student records, and ensuring smooth coordination between students and teachers to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Good command of English (spoken & written – B1/B2 level)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in online courses or customer service is a plus
  

Job Details

• Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Working Days: 5 days per week (2 days off)
• Location: Tanta
