Role Description

• Assist in managing showroom operations
• Supervise the sales team and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support in achieving sales targets
• Follow up on inventory, display, and product availability
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with different departments

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience.
• Preferably in tires or automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations and support the showroom manager.
• Good understanding of sales, customer service, and team supervision.
