Job Description

supports managers in nurturing high-value client relationships, focusing on understanding needs, executing sales/marketing plans, ensuring product/service delivery, and driving account growth through strong internal/external collaboration, reporting, and market analysis to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing account plans, promotional programs, and strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Coordination & Execution: Liaise with internal teams (marketing, technology, operations) to ensure timely product delivery and execution of client initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Admin & Support: Handle administrative tasks, manage client databases, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
  • Proficiency in PC operations, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
