Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales & Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing account plans, promotional programs, and strategies to meet sales targets.
- Coordination & Execution: Liaise with internal teams (marketing, technology, operations) to ensure timely product delivery and execution of client initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform strategy.
- Admin & Support: Handle administrative tasks, manage client databases, and provide excellent customer service.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within key accounts.
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
- Proficiency in PC operations, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
