Responsibilities:
Acting as front office to client relations department by introducing CR Department’s duties to our clients, by phone calls, emails, face to face … professionally.
· Handles clients’ requests / complaints / inquiries received promptly within specified timelines to achieve the maximum client satisfaction level.
· Establish a strong relation of trust by professionally answering client inquiries and settling disputes, and resolving always adhering to the department and company policies and procedures.
· Liaise with the concerned departments (Sales, finance, Legal, sales operations, community …etc.) to resolve clients’ issues and get required information.
· Ensure the relevant unit’s documentation / fact sheet is available (i.e. from QC certificate, SOA, Contract ….etc.).
· Follow up on the progress of requested tasks from other departments.
· Escalate critical cases of client grievance and delayed responses from other departments if required always after all possible solutions within authority have been referred to and failed.
· Coordinate and book clients’ site visits.
· Stay up to date with the latest site progress to inform our clients regularly to monitor the progress and to increase awareness on actual sites’ situations / progresses going on.
· Coordinate / facilitate the handover of ready units with the concerned departments.
· Follow up with clients re their units’ past dues in order to start settling it to proceed further with the handover of their units
· Ensuring a smooth handover making sure that all documentations are in place
· Maintaining good filling system,
· Keep accurate loggers and updated data sheet.
· Provide the head of department with a monthly consolidated report covering the major activities carried out and the progress realized.
· Following the best practices to improve collection, handover and client relations
· Conducts necessary study and follows up with other departments on behalf of the client before coming up with recommendations.
- Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration;
· 0-3 years of Experience
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational mode
