Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Egypt. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for reviewing project designs and specifications to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed project cost estimations. Daily tasks include conducting cost analysis, research to support project planning, and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions. The role requires close collaboration with the engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Analyze tender documents, architectural drawings, and technical specifications

- Prepare material take-offs and detailed cost estimates based on project scope

- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to collect required inputs

- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within defined deadlines

- Maintain and update pricing databases, cost benchmarks, and estimation records

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Architectural).

• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and specifications.

• Strong Orgadata and Excel knowledge.

• Cost estimation and MTO preparation.

• Awareness of Accessories related to D&W.

• 3–5 years experience as estimator in aluminum business.
