General Description

This role requires a highly skilled investment professional with extensive portfolio management experience, a strong foundation in financial analysis, and a proven track record of delivering consistent, measurable investment performance. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for assisting in setting investment strategies, executing them, managing day-to-day portfolio operations, and ensuring that all managed funds meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute investment and allocation strategies for all portfolios/funds in line with the Investment Committee’s guidance.
• Develop new fund mandates and portfolio offerings.
• Oversee daily activities of the asset management team, including equity analysts and trading teams.
• Review and maintain company coverage lists with the equity analyst team.
• Proven capability to execute and manage buy and sell transactions with brokerage firms in a timely and compliant manner.
• Conduct detailed performance attribution analyses (stock selection, asset allocation, market timing) and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure smooth portfolio operations and coordinate with the operations team.
• Guarantee accurate and timely reporting for all portfolios under supervision.
• Maintain strict compliance with FRA regulations across all portfolios.

Qualifications

• University degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• CFA or FVMA preferred.
• Solid experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of technical analysis is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in buy-side asset management, with a focus on equities.
