Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Courses Coordinator based in Tanta, Egypt.
The Online Courses Coordinator will manage and follow up on online English courses, communicate with students, solve their problems, coordinate with teachers, follow up on student attendance and progress, handle payments, and ensure smooth daily operations in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good English communication skills (B1/B2)
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Ability to work professionally under pressure
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in online courses or customer service is a plus
• Professional attitude with problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask and work within a team
  

Job Details

• Working Hours: 6 hours per day (During Ramadan)
• Working Days: 5 days per week (2 days off)
• Location: Tanta Branch
