We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Sales Manager to join our team in Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site role for a results-driven professional passionate about driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams within the education sector.
???? Fixed days off : Fri and Sat (10am :6pm).
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Lead, manage, and scale the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets. Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, and ensure consistent tracking and reporting. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions and key clients. Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Design and implement sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth. Train, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term client retention. Qualifications:· Minimum 5 Years Proven experience in the education sector is a must · Strong leadership and team management skills.· Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.· Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.· proven track record in sales management roles.·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
