Cost Controller – Bird Nest
???? Cairo (Site-based) | Full-Time Bird Nest is redefining property management and hospitality across Egypt. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals while strengthening Bird Nest’s market presence and partnerships across Egypt.
What You’ll Do:Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing property owners and partners Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and retention Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company targets Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in hospitality/property management Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery Track performance, report on pipelines, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in sales, with a strong drive to grow Background in hospitality sales, ideally within the leisure segment A natural relationship builder with the ability to create and maintain strong client connections Confident communicator with solid negotiation and closing skills Proactive, results-driven, and motivated to exceed targets Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities in a fast-paced environment Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
