What You’ll Do:• Drive sales growth by exceeding assigned targets and contributing to company success.• Source and qualify new clients using diverse channels including databases, networks, and referrals.• Cultivate and maintain a robust prospect pipeline for consistent lead generation.• Conduct consultative, face-to-face client engagements to present insurance solutions.• Ensure timely follow-up and documentation for all client interactions.• Generate referrals and additional opportunities from client engagements.• Make strategic outbound calls to prospective customers to arrange meetings.• Represent the company at local events and promotional activities to boost our presence.• Prepare and share daily activity and sales reports with your manager.

What We’re Looking For:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.• 0-4 years of experience in any field; insurance experience is a plus.• Excellent command of written and spoken English.• Strong confidence, goal-driven mindset, and motivation to succeed.• Exceptional sales, communication, and negotiation skills.• Proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
