Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor Telesales, located in Giza. The Supervisor Telesales will lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, ensuring productivity and high performance. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day telesales activities, setting and tracking sales targets, providing coaching and feedback to team members, and implementing strategies to improve sales outcomes. The role also entails maintaining excellent customer service standards and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Team Management and Team Leadership Effective Analytical Skills for evaluating sales performance and identifying gaps Proven ability to motivate and develop team members Previous experience in telesales or a similar supervisory role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
